Argentine Wine Route
Arrival at Buenos Aires Airport (Ezeiza – EZE). Transfer to the hotel Day ay leisure.
Breakfast. In the morning city tour in Buenos Aires. This tour gives you the emotion of a multiple Buenos Aires. We will visit the most characteristic places of the “Paris of America”. The Obelisk, Colon Theatre, Recoleta Cemetery, May square (surrounded by the cathedral, the Cabildo, and the pink house where the president works) are some of the highlights that we will include in the tour. We will also visit La Boca neighbourhood which was seat of immigrants – mainly Italians – and now home of some artists; San Telmo, traditional neighbourhood where Tango performances can be seen in many bars and restaurants; the elegant Recoleta, and the most modern: Puerto Madero.
At night we suggest going to a Tango Show.
Breakfast. Day at leisure. We suggest Gaucho Party Tour. In this tour we will find the gaucho´s county side life and the peaceful and kind town where he lives. That is why the argentinean Pampa is part of our tradition. The asado (barbecue), gaucho´s activities and abilities, dances, and folk games are some of the options to enjoy. Pampa is like this, gauchos, fields, traditions, crafts, a tour to learn and enjoy. This fullday tour includes lunch.
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Departure to Salta. Reception at the airport Martín Miguel de Guemes and transfer to hotel. At about 15.30 pm we will take back the hotel for a tour of the colonial and commercial center of the city of Salta. We will see the Cathedral, Cabildo Histórico, Museo de Arias Rengel, San Francisco Basilica, Convent of the Carmelites and then climb Cerro San Bernardo cable car for a panoramic view. Time to take pictures and visit the place. Decrease in vehicle to continue the walk towards the Monument to Guemes, Salta gaucho hero and from there to the district of Tres Cerritos. Avenida Entre Rios we will go to Villa San Lorenzo to see old houses surrounded by extensive gardens and streets with mature trees. Stop at a tea room where they invited us to an excellent tea with cakes and handmade cakes. As a final destination, arrive at the Craft Market where you can buy silver articles, wood and weavings. Return to hotel for rest.
Breakfast. Departure to the town of Cafayate. The tour will pass between snuff plantations ranging in Valle de Lerma. Stop at “the devil’s throat” a large crack in the rocks of the mountain with perfect acoustics. There will be tasting goat cheese and wine. Arrival at the village and transfer to hotel Cafayate Wine Resort & Spa with excellent service and located between the hills and vineyards. Lunch at the hotel and distribution shifts to enjoy the soothing and rejuvenating spa services that specializes in bathrooms body with wine. Walk through the vineyards and winery tour that has an old part to show us as it was the process of picking grapes from that, the disarmed with their feet and then left to macerate in oak barrels. Today modern aluminum structures have been streamlined and improved the quality of the wines from Cafayate famous in the world. Then we drive to the center of the town of Cafayate and visit two wineries where you can taste the different wines and recognize the differences in the manufacturing process. Dinner at the hotel.

Through the tour called City and Suburbs you will get to know a modern city, with tree-lined streets and clean wide sidewalks. You will also learn about its history and culture since its foundation four centuries ago.
Sightseeing the area includes La Alameda (an area of restaurants and coffee shops along a poplar-lined avenue), Área Fundacional (History museum and Plaza Pedro del Castillo), Aquarium, downtown main avenues, Plaza Independencia. Barrio Cívico (Government House, Court House, etc) and Emilio Civit Avenue which leads to the General San Martín Park.
Already in the park, you will go around the grove and rose gardens, lake and sport clubs up to the Cerro de la Gloria to admire a magnificent monument dedicated to the Ejército Libertador (Independence War Army). Not far away from it is the Frank Romero Day Greek Theater.
As a complementary option a short way away from the park, you can visit El Challao, a residential area with restaurants, camping-sites, and hotels, and where the Lourdes Virgen Church stands. Large Catholic crowds congregate at this temple.
Breakfast. Full day wine experience in the Uco Valley with lunch.

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Departure to Santiago. Reception and transfer to hotel.
Breakfast. In the morning City tour with visit to Santa Lucia Mount. Departure from hotel in Santiago. The tour begins at Santa Lucía Hill; it was here that Santiago was founded. Afterwards, Plaza de Armas, where are some historical buildings such as City hall of Santiago, National Historical Museum, Central Post Office and the Cathedral. After traveling for the main roads of Santiago and the cities of Providencia and Vitacura, the trip ends with the visit to a handicraft shop, specialized in lapis lazuli jewelry, stone found only in Chile and Afghanistan. Return to the hotel in Santiago.
