From Rio to Buenos Aires with Iguazu
Arrival at Rio de Janeiro (GIG). Transfer to the hotel Day ay leisure.
Breakfast. In the morning excursion to Corcovado Mount and Tijuca Forrest. We will depart from the hotel to visit the Christ Statue, recently elected as one of the seven modern wonders of the world, which sits 2,300 above sea level, atop Corcovado Hill. Following a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, we will arrive at the foot of the hill from where we will embark on a small train ride which climbs the beautiful mountain. Upon reaching the top, visitors will experience a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro. Then we will go to Tijuca Forrest. Afternoon at leisure.
Breakfast. Day at leisure. We suggest excursion to Sugar Loaf and city tour.Overa million tourists a year visit the world famous Pao de Azúcar, or Sugar Loaf Mountain in English, which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Rising up from small peninsula at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, its name is said to refer to its resemblance to the traditional shape of concentrated refined sugar loaf. The tour is done in two steps by glass cable-cars. The first cable-car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, which rises 215 meters above sea level and offers spectacular views of the entire bay its islands. From Urca Hill, passengers continue in a second cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf which rises 395 meters above sea level and offers a 360 degree view of the entire city including Botafogo and Copacabana Beaches, the Corcovado and downtown Rio. The tour follows visiting the most famous places of Rio.
Breakfast. Transfer to Rio de Janeiro Airport for flight to Foz do Iguassu. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Day at leisure.
Breakfast. In the morning excursion to the Argentinean side of the Iguassu National Park. The Iguassu Falls on the border with Brazil are one of the world’s natural wonders.
Lined with dense forests, the Iguassu river flows into 275 waterfalls, plunging more than 70 meters with a deafening noise. As this huge volume of water reaches the bottom, spray rises, and lots of rainbows are formed in the sky.
An incredible variety of fauna and flora completes the perfect setting for the waterfalls within the protection of the Iguassu National Park.
Breakfast. In the morning Excursion to Brazilian side of the waterfalls. Transfer to Iguazu National Parkwhere we drive through the lush, subtropical vegetation of the park en route to the falls. Stroll the trail descending the canyon that offers a panoramic view of the more than 275 falls. Take the glass elevator up the cliff face for an exquisite view from the upper deck.
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Buenos Aires (AEP). Arrival and transfer to the hotel
Breakfast. In the morning City Tour. This tour gives you the emotion of a multiple Buenos Aires.
Breakfast. Day at leisure. We suggest Tour to Delta. We will visit the northern area of Buenos Aires. As we pass through the parks and the beautiful buildings, we can see a sensational panoramic view of la Plata River, the widest river in the world. We will see Jorge Newbery Airport, River Plate Stadium, University of Buenos Aires, Olivos residence (where the president lives). Then we will arrive to Tigre where we will begin our navigation into the Parana Delta. Hundreds of island are part of this unique ecosystem that it is located only 20km distance from Buenos Aires. We will return to the city in the coast train that connects the most elegant residential areas facing the River. The last part of the tour will be done by bus.
Breakfast. Transfer to Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) for international flight.
