Breakfast. In the morning city tour in Buenos Aires. This tour gives you the emotion of a multiple Buenos Aires. We will visit the most characteristic places of the “Paris of America”. The Obelisk, Colon Theatre, Recoleta Cemetery, May square (surrounded by the cathedral, the Cabildo, and the pink house where the president works) are some of the highlights that we will include in the tour. We will also visit La Boca neighborhood which was seat of immigrants – mainly Italians – and now home of some artists; San Telmo, traditional neighborhood where Tango performances can be seen in many bars and restaurants; the elegant Recoleta, and the most modern: Puerto Madero.

Breakfast. Transfer to the domestic airport for flight to Mendoza. Arrival and pick up rental car at the airport. Drive to the hotel in Mendoza. In the afternoon, you can take a city tour where you can try to immerse ourselves into the local culture, key aspect to understand wine production process. By exploring the city yourself or book a citytour it will allows you to know Mendoza city, one of the most beautiful cities of Argentina. We suggest you to visit the old city, where Mendoza was born, and you can stop in Alameda, the downtown, the Civic Center, General San Martin Park and see Cerro de la Gloria hill, mundialista stadium and Frank Romero Day amphitheater, which is the central stage of Vintage national festival. Breakfast. Day at leisure to explore the region of Mendoza. Possibilities: Chacras de Coria, Uco Valley.
Breakfast. Drive to the Capital San Juan. Situated in a picturesque surrounding with hills, streams and creeks. The perfect place for whom is looking for a place to enjoy the nature at his best. A tour through the cellars of San Juan where tradition and technology are combined in order to distinguish from the rest of the world in terms of producing wine. During a wine tour the secrets about the wine production will be unraveled. Every year in February Fiesta Nacional del Sol will be held. The modern architecture with large streets and colorful lanes, the city of San Juan is well worth a visit with its beautiful nature and recreational and cultural activities. Optional: winetour.
Breakfast. Drive to San Jose de Jachal. A path strewn with history and framed by a landscape of painted valley and slopes you arrive to this town where tradition lives in its fullest. Every November there is the national day of tradition with participation of local and national artists. Ranches, typical historic sites, museums or wooden artisanal and textiles, San Jose de Jachal is the point of unveiling regional idiosyncrasies. The town belongs to the Tourist Circuit Jachal Rodeo , Valley Resort and Jachal Church. The rustically beautiful Rodeo stands north of the province of San Juan attracting lovers of traditional tourism and leisure. Breakfast, drive to Villa Union. Villa Union is the right place to visit the national park of Talampaya and Park provincial Ischigualasto with Valle de la Luna. Overnight in Villa Union.

Breakfast in hotel. A drive will lead you to the next place Chilecito stands as one of the major population centers of the La Rioja province. Nature can be enjoyed in all its glory, multiple circuits invite you to know detail by detail the city valleys and moutain tours. Geological, mining itineraries and risky routes with adrenaline activities will incorporate unforgettable and unique experiencessurrounded by perfect Rioja landscape. Chilecito is also rich in cultural heritage in terms of museum, old churches and archeological sites. All different activities will give you an impression of the Chileciteña life. Overnight in Chilecito.
Breakfast. In its fertile valleys cultivated walnut, grapes and anise while its fauna is constituted predominantly by vicunas and llamas. Regional wineries invite you to enjoy its flavors. Farallon Mining Black is the place where gold and silver are extracted as most important minerals. The termal baths are recommended to visit. Overnight in Belen.
Breakfast. Drive to Cafayate. Cafayate is known the Torrontés wine region. This place is considered as the unequal in the world because of the special characteristics of the place such as the weather, ground, high altitude, humidity, and also due to its production process. The wineries of the region also produce other varieties for instance Cabernet sauvignon, Chardonnay, Malbec and syrah. Night in Cafayate.
Breakfast. Day at leisure in Cafayate. You can visit the several Bodegas in the area such as Winery Nanni. Nanni, has the only wine in the area with National Certificate for being Organic. You can also bring a visit to the Wine museum in Cafayate. Cafayate is also known of its beautiful nature. Quebrada de las Conchas or also called Quebrada de Cafayate is something you cannot miss. When you follow Ruta 68 you will drive along many different sculptures in all different sizes and beautiful colors because of the various minerals in the rocks. You can have nice walks though this area. Overnight in Cafayate.
Breakfast. Drive to Cachi. A beautiful drive will lead you to the picturesque town Cachi. On your way you can make a stop at the very small but beautiful village Molinos. As soon as you arrive in Cachi you have time at leisure to explore the village or you can walk to a viewing point close to the village with on top of the hill a colorful cemetery. Overnight in Cachi
Breakfast. Today you will drive to Salta. This will be the first day you will not follow Ruta 40. Before leaving Cachi you have a very good view of Nevado de cachi and Payogasta. During this trip you will cross Los Cardones national Park along the straight line of Tin Tin (ancient Inca Road). The highest point of the trip, Piedra del Molino (Mill Stone), has 3.348 meters above sea level. The Cuesta del Obispo (Bishop’s Cliff) is a winding mountain road where you can enjoy a viewpoint of the Enchanted Valley and the small houses with their corn and fruit crops. Before you reach Salta you will drive through the Lerma Valley and its historical towns for instance El Carril, Chicoana and Los Laureles. Overnight in Salta.
Breakfast. After breakfast you will join a citytour through the also called Salta La Linda (beautiful Salta). After the citytour we can recommend you to take the cabin lift to the San Bernardo Mountain. From here you have a spectacular view over Salta. At night you can go to the Balcarce Street to enjoy a delicious dinner with live music. Overnight in Salta.
Breakfast. Another beautiful road will lead you to Purmamarca. Purmamarca is a beautiful little, photogenic and picturesque village with the 7 colored mountain as eyecatcher. From the village you can walk to the viewing point or drive to another viewing point to see the mountain at his best. The best time of the day is early morning or later afternoon. In the village a lot of people sell their hand made clothes, bags and other souvenirs. Overnight in Purmamarca.
Breakfast. Today is a day at leisure. From Purmamarca it is easy to visit the Salinas Grandes. A beautiful drive will lead you to this breathtaking place where you can make the most beautiful pictures of kilometers of Salt. Another option is to visit the Ruins of Pucara in Tilcara. Tilcara is another, bigger village nearby Purmamarca where you can visit the ruins or where you can join a Llama Caravan. If you like to do a Llama caravan, it is also possible in combination with a visit to the Salinas grandes. Optional: Llama caravan. Overnight in Purmamarca.
Breakfast. Today you can drive back to Salta via Salinas Grandes if you have not visit the Salinas yet. This will be a long trip, but very nice if want to take that time. Another possibility is to drive directly to the Salta to enjoy the city a little bit more and explore the places you have not seen yet. Overnight in Salta.
Breakfast and turn in rental car at airport for flight back.
